1. What pagehear is

pagehear is an on-device document reader that reads your own files aloud. It is provided by Loadcircle ("we", "us") through Google Play.

2. Your documents are your responsibility

You may import only documents you have the right to use. pagehear does not copy, distribute or publish anything you import; everything stays on your device. You remain responsible for respecting copyright and any other rights in the material you choose to listen to.

3. Accuracy

Reading aloud, and recognising text on scanned pages, are automated processes and can misread. pagehear makes no promise that a rendering or recognition is complete or accurate, and it must not be relied on as the sole means of reading anything safety-critical, legal or medical.

4. Subscription

The app is usable free, for as long as you like, with the features described on its store listing. The optional Pro subscription adds further features, is billed monthly through Google Play, renews automatically unless cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time in your Google Play settings. Prices are set and collected by Google Play.

5. Refunds

Refunds for Play purchases are handled under Google Play's policies. Contact us at the address below and we will help where we can.

6. No warranty

pagehear is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on it, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app over time. You can stop using it and delete it at any time; deleting the app removes all documents, bookmarks and notes it stored, because they exist only on your device.
